Intensive Program

Intensive Programs (IP) are a condensed therapeutic model focused on current issues, and harmful ways of functioning that are impacting you. BlueRaven’s IP offers twelve weeks of therapy in three days. Our IP offers new ways to look at problems, understand generational patterns, and opportunities to practice new forms of communication, healing, and growth.

Why choose an IP?

Weekly therapy is extremely effective, however, the process can be long and arduous. IPs access issues quicker. At BlueRaven, you will gain clarification about disruptive cycles, practice new skills, and identify next steps.

How does it work?

IPs are scheduled for 3-days, four hours each day, 12 hours total. Depending on the presenting concerns, all family members and/or partners may be present or sessions will be separated for individuals. During the four hours, there will be designated breaks. If a different schedule is needed, please contact BlueRaven.

BlueRaven utilizes a co-therapy model, where two therapists will be collaborating and facilitating the process from start to finish. We believe two heads are better than one! Our clients have diverse needs, and together, we provide a broader range of therapeutic backgrounds.

Specialities include: Synergetic Play Therapy, Theraplay, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Corrective Attachment Therapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Somatic Internal Family Systems theory. Who is an IP for?

When is an IP the right choice?

We believe an IP is the right choice when life is challenging and you are in need of additional support.
